HCM VIF invites qualified fund management companies, investment advisory firms, and professional investment institutions to submit proposals for investment management services, supporting the Fund in strengthening investment quality and developing its portfolio.
This Request for Proposal is intended for qualified fund management companies, investment advisory firms, and professional investment institutions with proven capabilities and experience in investment management and portfolio development.
The selected partner will work alongside HCM VIF across the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, due diligence and investment recommendations, portfolio management, risk management, co-investment mobilization, post-investment support, and exit advisory. The scope of cooperation also includes investment performance monitoring, periodic reporting, and capability transfer to the HCM VIF team.
